Shuning Zhao is currently a candidate (soon to be graduate!) of the Master of Architecture Program at Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation. She received a bachelors of art in architecture, with a minor in chinese language and literature, from Washington University in St. Louis. Since starting graduate school, she has, among other things, been able to develop her interest in fabrication with a position working in the digital fabrication lab as well as participation in this summer's fabrication workshop in Finland and work on an installation for the Plastics Conference in Avery Hall last spring.
Her other interests include drawing lines, running outdoors, playing words with friends, seeing art that is good, and cooking new foods.
